What this site is

A comparison resource, nothing grander. We pick a small set of Gambling Commission–licensed casinos, put each one through the same eight-point checklist — licence verification, game range, live casino, mobile experience, studios, offer type, support and usability — and publish the scorecard along with the reasoning. The phone experience gets the heaviest weighting, because that's where most play happens now and where the differences between operators are easiest to feel.

We keep the list short on purpose. Five operators compared properly teaches a reader more than fifty listed thinly, and it lets us re-check things — offers change, apps get updated — on a monthly cycle rather than once a year.

How the money works

Affiliate commissions fund everything here. When a reader opens an account through one of our links, the operator may pay us a fee; readers never pay anything. The obvious question is whether that bends the scores, and the honest answer is that we've built the process so it can't: the scorecard is completed before any link is added, and no operator sees a draft, buys a position or edits a word. What we're not

Not a casino, not a bookmaker, not a regulator, and not a branch of any brand we review. We can't open, close or fix an operator account — that's always a job for the operator's own support team. What we can do is keep the comparisons honest, current and readable, and point anyone whose play has stopped being fun toward the free help on our responsible gambling page.
